How to provision a new phone through 3CX Phone System Management Console

Using the 3CX Phone System Management Console you are able to provision a new phone.

To do this, follow the below steps:

Go to the extension tab on the left hand side menu bar.



Double click on the extension number you need to provision.


Go to the Phone Provisioning tab.



Press the 'add' button.



Select the correct phone model from the drop down box and add the MAC Address, removing the colons.
(To get the MAC you need to press the 'ok' button on your handset).

Change the Provisioning Method to - Direct SIP (STUN - remote). Copy the Provisioning Link and then press OK.



In a new Internet tab type the IP address of the phone (which you get by pressing the 'ok' button on the handset) in the search bar and press ENTER.

Go to the Settings tab.



Go to Auto Provision tab on the left hand side.



Paste the link to the Server URL section - make sure there is no spaces after or before the URL.



Press the 'confirm' button at the bottom of the page.



Once confirmed press the 'auto provision now' button.
