How to configure your phone system public holidays

  1. Log into your phone system management console, refer to article below:


Logging into PBX Management Console

  1. Go to settings on the left



  1. Select Timezone, Office Hours & Holidays



  1. Scroll to the bottom to the Configure Holidays section



  1. Press the Add button



  1. Enter Name for the holiday, eg: Australia Day



  1. Set the time range from when the holiday starts and ends



  1. Press OK
