How to access the call logs in your phone system
To access the call logs:
Log into your phone system management console, refer to article below:
https://helpdesk.vcausupport.com/en-au/article/logging-into-vcloud-pbx-management-system/
Select 'call log' from the left.
Your call log will automatically show up.
To Filter Call log, press the blue filter button:
To Export Call log, press the blue export button:
